Refund policy

The Shoe Box will accept exchanges ONLY of unworn, unused, and undamaged merchandise (this includes damage to shoe boxes) within 14-days of the original purchase. Absolutely no refunds (cash or credit) will be honored, unless in the case of a defective item (within 14 days). However, if a replacement style or size is unavailable or not able to be ordered, an in store credit will be issued with original proof of purchase.
If you leave the store, wearing your new shoes- you void this policy entirely. 

Special Orders
Special orders must be paid for in full at time of order, unless approved by TSB associate to pay at a later date. If the order includes a specific color or style that TSB does not have in stock, the order is deemed FINAL SALE/NON-RETURNABLE.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged such as face masks, special orders, or personalized items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of gift cards. 

All sales on discounted or sale items are FINAL.

Online Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customer is required to provide return shipping and 15% of the order restocking fee. If the order requires a refund due to a defect, shipping cost will not be included in refund amount.


Holiday Shopping Exchange Policy
Our 2025 Extended Holiday Exchange policy requires that items purchased between November 24, 2025, and December 24, 2025 will be the exception to our 14 day policy. Exchanges must be made by January 10th, 2026. All other exchange policy terms will still apply.
